Accessibility Audit Service ("we", "us", "our") — Terms governing use of our accessibility audit service. By purchasing or using our Service, you ("Customer", "you") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Accessibility Audit Service provides automated WCAG 2.2 AA compliance scanning of publicly accessible website URLs. We deliver a styled PDF report documenting detected issues, severity ratings, and fix recommendations.

All prices are in USD and are one-time payments. No subscription, no recurring fees. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store payment card details. Payment is due at the time of purchase; the audit will not begin until payment is confirmed.

We agree to perform the audit using reasonable skill and care, deliver the report within the stated turnaround time, keep your data confidential as described in our Privacy Policy, and refund in accordance with Section 3.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding completeness, accuracy, legal compliance, or uninterrupted service. Automated scanning cannot detect every accessibility issue. Manual testing by a qualified accessibility professional is recommended for full compliance verification.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity; or any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific audit giving rise to the claim.
You retain all rights to your website and its content. The audit report is delivered for your internal business use. We own the scanning engine, report template, methodology, and aggregated, anonymized data used for service improvement.
We treat your audit results and personal information as confidential. We will not share your report with any third party without your consent or use your website content beyond performing the audit. We may disclose information if required by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date, posting a notice on our website, or email notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
