You are eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:

• The scan fails to complete due to a technical error on our side.
• The report does not meet your needs (our judgment exercised reasonably).
• You request a refund within 14 days of purchase, before significant work has begun on a Full Site audit.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@ericjoye.com with your order reference number. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

• The report has been delivered and accepted.
• The scan was completed but you disagree with the findings (audits are objective, automated assessments).
• More than 14 days have passed since purchase.
